Ordering and Shipping

The time your order is processed and shipped depends on the day and time you place your order, and our current order volume. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, as customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Orders are processed within an estimated 2 business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. Please note that once an order has begun processing or it has shipped, it is no longer editable or cancelable. Once the package has left our store and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost packages.



We ship to 50 US States via USPS.

Apologies but we do not currently ship to APO/FPO and other U.S. territories.

At this time, all purchases are final and not eligible for returns.



If your item arrives damaged, please take a clear photo and email it to help@onolash.com with the subject line "Damaged Items". Please report immediately upon receipt, so that the appropriate claims can be filed with our shipping companies. The item will be replaced with no additional shipping charges.
